Crafted in the heart of Shepton Mallet, Barber’s Farmhouse Vintage Cheddar is one of the few cheddars in the world to hold coveted PDO accreditation — a true mark of authenticity and heritage. Made using traditional starter cultures, rich West Country milk, and time-honoured cheesemaking methods passed down through generations, each truckle is carefully matured for around 18 months to develop its distinctive character.
