Montgomery Cheddar 200g
Montgomery’s Cheddar is a traditional clothbound Somerset cheddar, handcrafted using unpasteurised cow’s milk and aged for around 14 months to develop its rich, complex flavour.
Made by the Montgomery family for generations, this award-winning cheddar is nutty, savoury and beautifully balanced, with a slightly crumbly texture and deep lingering finish. Unlike mass-produced cheddars, it is matured slowly using traditional methods for exceptional depth and character.
One of the last remaining traditional Somerset cheddars, this cheese is a true celebration of British artisan cheesemaking.
Please note: naturally occurring blue veins may occasionally appear in this handmade cheese. These are completely natural and part of its traditional character.
