Bath Soft Brie Style Cheese 250g

A mild and creamy, brie-style cheese made to an original 19th century recipe and using pasteurised cow's milk. A distinctive four inch square cheese wrapped in parchment paper with a red wax seal.

The cheesemaker's family-run farm based near the city of Bath has been home to the Padfield Family for four generations. All the cheeses are made on the farm using milk from the family’s Friesian herd dating back as far as 1914.
