Named after the beautiful Corfe Castle landmark in the rolling hills of South Dorset. A decaf coffee that tastes just as good as a caffeinated cup. Using a slightly darker roast to bring out the richer, chocolatiness and sweet acidity that the Colombian beans have picked up whilst growing in the Huila and Tomlima regions. This coffee has also been decaffeinated using the sugarcane process, which washes the caffeine away using a Ethyl Acetate, a natural acid derived from sugarcane, making it more environmentally friendly than almost all other processes.
