Producer Alan has sought out recipes from family and friends and turned the garden's harvest into wonderful award-winning chutneys and preserves. Almost all of the ingredients in these tasty pots of joy are grown at his home or in the village.
A delicious fruity chutney made from the village conference pears, bursting with flavour and a subtle light hint of curry pairs wonderfully with our hard cheese and cured meats.
Ingredients:
Pears, cider vinegar, unrefined sugar, sultanas, onion, cornflour, curry powder, wholegrain mustard, cayenne pepper, English mustard powder, sea salt.
