Based in Wrington, Somerset, Friends Andy & James conceived the idea of producing quality British Charcuterie over a pint of cider at a local lawn mower race ( this is Somerset!) A traditional style chorizo with the addition of somerset cider and using the highest quality smoked paprika. The slight tart taste developed during fermentation, with the sweetness of the cider, a mild heat from the chilli and a light smoke flavour make this one of the best Chorizos you will ever taste. Made using local free range traditional breed pork.
