This wonderfully sweet and rich blend of pears and spices, made entirely by hand is the perfect accompaniment to great cheese or charcuterie.
Ingredients: Pears, tomatoes, celery, onions, raisins, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, cider vinegar, ground ginger.( potassium metabisulphite)
