Handcrafted in the Dorset countryside by The Book & Bucket Cheese Company, this exceptional cheese is made using fresh locally sourced milk from small Dorset farms with outstanding animal welfare standards. The milk is collected within 24 hours of milking and transformed into cheese the very same day, creating a wonderfully fresh, smooth and characterful blue cheese.
