Specially sourced salt is hand harvested right from Chesil Beach on the wonderful Jurassic Coast. The process, from evaporation with a wood-fired oven to harvesting, washing, and finally hand-drying the salt crystals – creates a unique, complex, and subtly sweet flavour, with a hint of brininess that celebrates the British landscape in every single bite.
