Safe Place Delivery - If no one’s home, Our courier will try to leave your parcel somewhere safe (or on the doorstep if it’s secure). We suggest letting the recipient know, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels that aren’t collected promptly.

Extreme Weather - We take great care when packing your order, but sometimes extreme weather can cause delays and events that are out of our hands. To help keep your items at their best we will sometimes include ice packs—but they can’t completely protect against very extreme hot conditions or if the recipient isn’t home to receive the delivery promptly, even if the parcel is left in a shaded spot.
