Handcrafted in small batches using 100% natural ingredients, these elegant, “boozy” marshmallows are infused with premium London gin and delicately floral elderflower for a truly sophisticated flavour.

Each piece features two beautifully hand-poured layers, inspired by the light, refreshing notes of a summer cocktail, soft, fluffy, and irresistibly smooth with every bite.

Ingredients:

British sugar, glucose syrup, icing sugar, Premium London gin (0.4%–2.5%), natural juniper gin flavouring, natural elderflower flavouring, Water, bovine gelatine (contains sulphites), corn flour, salt and natural colouring from spirulina and safflower.
