Refunds & Returns

If you have an issue with your order please email Delivery@westcountryhampers.uk explaining the problem.

If you've changed your mind:

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you get in touch before your order has been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched the goods will need to be returned to us at your own cost, we will happily issue a full refund for the cost of the goods once we are in receipt of your return. Returned orders must be sent to us in their original, unopened condition, including all packaging and received back with in 14 working days of dispatch date.

Perishable goods that have been ordered in error will not be accepted back for a refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for any return costs and we also advise that you obtain a proof or postage receipt for your own records in case the parcel does not reach us.

Email us to obtain a return number to place on the outside of your package before sending goods back.

Damaged or Incorrect goods:

If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please inform us within 24hrs of delivery via email Delivery@westcountryhampers.uk and we will advise you accordingly.
