An exquisite blend of Barbadian and South American rums, barrel aged over oak for a minimum of three to five years, offering a luxurious depth of flavour with subtle bourbon undertones. Incredibly smooth and gently spiced, with fathoms of umami, alongside fresh top notes and a hint of selected botanicals. Four hand-foraged British seaweeds, including Pepper Dulse, "The Truffle of the Sea", raw Dorset honey, cacao, ginger. The rest remain a secret!
