For over 40 years, Sharpham have been producing award-winning, minimal-intervention wines on the banks of the River Dart in South Devon.
Wild-fermented and site-driven, their wines reflect a unique maritime climate, rare soils, and long cool growing seasons. Kicking things off with a mix of whole-bunch, whole berry and crushed fruit, gently extracting colour, flavour and tannin over a 10-day wild ferment.
Then it's into old French oak barrels for 8 months of mellow ageing - no filtration, just pure character. The result?
A delicate, expressive Pinot Noir layered with bramble fruit, dark cherry, blueberry and violets. Silky-smooth and easy-drinking, with fine tannins.
A friendly reminder you must be of legal drinking age to purchase alcohol.
