Snowdonia Red Storm is an award-winning, aged Vintage Red Leicester cheese produced by the Snowdonia Cheese Company. Aged for 18 to 21 months, it features an intense, creamy, and slightly nutty flavour with caramel notes.

Strong and mature, characterized by a refined, crystalline texture and a complex, slightly sweet, and tangy taste.

Ingredients:

Red Leicester Cheese: Made from pasteurized cow's milk.

Colour: Annatto (E160b).

Rennet: Microbial/Vegetarian rennet.

Other: Salt, Starter Cultures (DVI).
